Femmes & Thems Night Out - Business Registrations

Registration

  • The bingo card is specifically for restaurants and bars. Please do not sign up for the bingo card if you are a retail-styled business.

    The bingo card is open for the first 24 businesses that sign up and supply their information for the bingo card. All info needs to be supplied no later than May 31st.

    For our restaurant/bar businesses, we are asking for: A commitment to being open until 8 pm on June 20th. There is no buy-in for the event, but we will ask for three valuable coupons or freebies that you would like to put in our three raffle baskets. Offerings to include in our Restaurant Bingo. Any promotions you will be running that night include discounts, music or entertainment, or other creative offerings.
  • By signing up, you are confirming I am a business in either Downtown Bremerton, Charleston (Callow) or Manette.

    For our retail-styled businesses, we are asking for:
    A commitment to being open until 8 pm on June 20th. $25 buyin that will allow us to rent the shuttles, and assist with marketing costs of the event.We are asking our participants to submit a freebie item for our gift bags that will go to the first 300 participants. This freebie can be a discount, but we always recommend trying to be creative as this is a great marketing opportunity for future sales. We can help brainstorm ideas if that is helpful. Any promotions you will be running that night include discounts, guest artists/makers, or other creative offerings. Remember that this is a shopping experience!
  • This is for restaurants and bars that want to be featured on the bingo card AND as a participating business during the event.

    If you are a retail-styled business please do not sign up for this option, the bingo card is designed specifically for restaurants and bars.

The Downtown Bremerton Association is hosting Femmes and Thems on June 20th from 4:30–8 pm. Femmes and Thems is all about creating pockets of shopping and eating experiences for our participants in different locations including Downtown Bremerton, The Charleston District on Callow, across the bridge in Manette. With the help of shuttles we will move participants to and from these different areas on a timetable. The first 300 guests will receive a gift bag that will include any freebies that our participating businesses wish to offer!

I want to get involved!

We have two types of participation that we are extending to retail-style businesses and our restaurants and bars. Below is more information about each type of participation, if you are a restaurant/bar and wish to participate in multiple ways listed under retail we will happily accept your offers, the more the merrier!

I am a retail-styled business!

For our retail-styled businesses, we are asking for:

  • A commitment to being open until 8 pm on June 20th
  • $25 buyin that will allow us to rent the shuttles, and assist with marketing costs of the event.

We know that large events like this can affect your typical clientele, so we want to help spread out patronage to your businesses with the Restaurant Bingo to get our community to visit after this event.

We are creating a bingo card that will include your business information (logo, location, and discount/offering). This bingo card will be included in the 300 gift bags that will be given out to event participants.

The purpose of the bingo card is to visit as many restaurants as possible during a two-month time frame and submit to the DBA to be placed in a raffle for a gift basket that is curated by our businesses (vs a money buy-in). We will be hosting a raffle party at an undisclosed location in August to pick our winners!

Important Deadlines!

Business participants and bingo card registrations will be open from April 11th–May 31st. 






Today, the DBA is focused on Downtown economic and quality-of-life issues. Preserving the history of Downtown Bremerton, as well as educating the public of the uniqueness of our City's core, is part of our mission.
